This renovation focused primarily on cosmetic upgrades with attention to essential repairs. Extensive plaster and drywall restoration was completed throughout the home, ensuring a solid foundation for the aesthetic enhancements that followed.

The kitchen and bathroom updates reflect our standard upgrade package. In the kitchen, we installed:

In the bathroom, we replaced all plumbing from the supply lines to the fixtures and installed:

Walls: Nimbus Grey by Benjamin Moore

The basement was sealed with Drylok, with the ceiling painted matte black and the floor finished in Behr concrete paint for a clean, durable surface.

New flooring was installed throughout:

Durable hard surface flooring and tile on the main level

Carpet in the upstairs bedrooms
