The is an abundance of great information available online. This abundance can make it hard to wade through. Locating resources is the first step. Finding ways to utilize those resources can be game changers. I recently stumbled across the Beaver County Real Property Assessed Value Roll on the county website.

I am currently in the process of using this data and few other resources to locate great deals. This article will highlight what we do and how we do it. We are currently working to put together our next series of investments. Reach out to us if you would like be part of group. We are looking to complete 12 SFH projects this year. Additionally we will break ground on our first small industrial spaces and self storage facility build out.
Work in the office combines with our presence in the community and helps us effectively find opportunities. We look at dozens of properties every week. The situations we find homeowners in can be interesting. Finding solutions that solve these issues is our specialty.
