My name is Marcus R. Geiser Sr., and for over two decades, I’ve been immersed in the world of residential real estate investment, renovation project management, and home improvement entrepreneurship. From turning distressed homes into valuable properties, to guiding others through the complexities of remodeling, building, and investing—I’ve built a career on creating value where others see risk.

Geiser Home Buyers
We source off-market real estate opportunities, focusing on single-family homes with untapped potential. We work directly with sellers, often helping them transition through tough situations while creating win-win solutions.
Geiser REI Services
With a skilled project management team, we handle renovations and construction from acquisition to final inspection. We know how to manage crews, timelines, budgets, and materials to keep projects moving efficiently.
Small Business & Brand Development
In addition to real estate, I’m involved in building small businesses that serve communities—ranging from home services like roofing and handyman work, to ecommerce and artisan retail through brands like Alexis Home Goods.

🔨 My Background

I come from the trades. I’ve sold remodels, managed crews, pulled permits, built estimates, and carried materials. That hands-on experience gives me a unique perspective most investors or marketers never get. Whether I’m renovating a kitchen, launching a roofing campaign, or negotiating a real estate deal—I understand the job at every level.

I grew up quick and made my share of mistakes. I have a Pa Child Abuse Clearance to allow me to work in schools. I enjoy working with reentry programs, at risk youth, and any recovery related programs. Over the years I have been blessed to earn a living and build things. It is my hope to pass on this knowledge.
