My name is Marcus R. Geiser Sr. For more than two decades, I’ve worked at the intersection of real estate, construction, and entrepreneurship—transforming distressed properties into valuable assets and helping people navigate complex projects with clarity and confidence.

Today, my focus is on real estate investing, deal structure, project oversight, and strategic collaboration—bringing hard-earned, real-world experience to the table while building long-term value alongside the right people.

Geiser Home Buyers

I source and structure off-market real estate opportunities, primarily single-family homes with untapped potential. I work directly with sellers—often in challenging situations—to create practical, win-win solutions rooted in respect and transparency.

Real Estate Strategy & Project Oversight

My background in renovation and construction allows me to evaluate projects realistically—from acquisition through stabilization and resale or hold. While I’m no longer swinging hammers, I bring a builder’s mindset to numbers, timelines, scopes, and risk assessment.

Business & Brand Development

Over the years, I’ve helped build and support multiple small businesses—from home services and roofing to ecommerce and artisan retail through brands like Alexis Home Goods. I enjoy working with people who are building something real and are serious about execution.

🔨 Where I Come From

I come from the trades.

I’ve sold remodels, managed crews, built estimates, pulled permits, coordinated materials, and solved problems in the field. That hands-on experience shaped how I think about projects, people, and systems—and it still informs every real estate decision I make today.

I grew up fast and learned through experience—sometimes the hard way. Along the way, I’ve been fortunate to build a living by creating and improving things. I hold a PA Child Abuse Clearance, allowing me to work in schools, and I care deeply about reentry programs, at-risk youth, and recovery-focused initiatives. Passing on practical knowledge and helping others find a steadier path forward matters to me.

💡 Where I’m Headed

Due to health considerations, including preparing for a kidney transplant, I’m intentionally narrowing my focus to work that is strategic, meaningful, and sustainable.

That means:

Real estate investing and deal analysis
Project strategy and advisory support
Partnerships with people building thoughtful businesses
Mentorship, collaboration, and creative problem-solving

I’m still very interested in working with builders, investors, operators, and creatives who are building something worthwhile and want a grounded, experienced perspective at the table.
